One was 📘"The E myth" by Michael Jerber. The next day, i.e. today, I heard 📙"Zero to One" by Blake Masters and Peter Thiel.
Lemme summarise those for you. It's good revision for me too.
📘The E myth:
🔥 You must automate your business and set up multiples of those. Otherwise you're stuck doing a pensionless job ; the hardest one.
🔥Make the process of operation as simple as possible. Laymen must easily be able imitate the tasks you give them.
🔥Make sure to hire staff that has the willing mindset. Prioritise hiring them over someone who's experienced but stubborn.
🔥Make your business predictable. The same procedures (list those) and dress-codes. (I've heard hints of blue inspire trust, and Red Power)
🔥Make logs, to streamline the tasks maybe...its hazy in my mind. I thought I could make up six points but, that's all I remember.
Now, 📙Zero to One:
🔥Find something that can simplified and build your business around it. Wanting to compete with established businesses is harder and less profitable.
🔥Try to Monopolise your business.
🔥Companies need to innovate as frequently as needed Is what I understood. Another book..."Built to last" chants so repeatedly.
...Plus Zero to one has the 'Think and grow rich' aspect to the rest of it. Motivational talk.
I felt sleepy hearing through 80% ish of both books. Almost slept deep with the earplugs on, but kept hearing...was half conscious. Like, I was sleep-drunk😄. Ha! But I remember a resonable amount of sayings from both of those.
I've been timing all my sessions since two-three days to be most productive. Oh, I read another book called "What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast: How to Achieve More at Work and at Home" by Laura Vanderkam. It's quite a short read. It put In my mind to do the hardest things first as you start... Like Exercising. I'm sleeping fine because of it I think.
YouTube has a very good tutorial on Autocad in Telugu. It's a four hour course I'm going through from some hero dude from "Computersadda.com". I hope to make some money from Cad designing a few months through.💻
I've Poems and Short stories to share. Saving those for later. Tomorrow now.👋
